老師請問 如果我為妹妹申請親屬移民，影響她現在的B2簽證的有效性嗎？ 我是公民， 妹妹B2簽證2025年過期。

 

第二個問題，如果B2還有效， 入關會有麻煩嗎？

-Normally it is fine because it takes more than 20 years for the actual immigation to take place. But need to tell the truth if the IO asks the question.

 

第三個問題： 如果將來重新申請B2 （2025年後） 還有可能拿到嗎？-I don't know.
