我在填寫I-131 form 來申請Re-entry permit（返美證），現有I-131表中幾個問題懇請老師指導一下：

一、part 4

1. A. Purpose of trip

寫看望家人(visit family) 還是寫Family obligations(家庭義務） ？-The later reason is better

二、Part 3 

2. Expected Length of Trip ( in days) ：寫540天好還是寫60天好? -Estimate a duration for Less than two years and more than one year.

三、I-131 申請表寄到下述地址正確嗎（我住在加州）？
