As I know if your submit the I140/485, you can have 2 options:
1. You submit your hu*****and's 485 at the same time with your package, I think you already miss the chance
2. After you get I140 approved, you can submit your hu*****and's 485. As long as your hu*****and's 485 has submitted ahead of your I485 get approved.
