我爸爸為我哥哥申請I-130，我爸爸三周前剛收到批準通知。現在排期是2015/03/15， 遞件排期是2015/12/01.  申請是2016/2遞交的。

我的問題是：1. 後續信件就是Welcome Letter對嗎？會寄給誰？我爸爸還是我哥哥？通知裏說一個月之內會有後續信件，但是沒有說清楚是我爸爸petitioner會收到，還是我哥哥beneficiary會收到。

-USCIS will forward the approved I-130 to National Visa Center (NVC) for processing. When the priority date is current, NVC will send your father instructions for the documents. So, just wait.

2. 我哥哥I-130申請時的地址現在已經變化，應該怎麽改？我看了AR11, 上麵隻能美國地址改成另一個美國地址，不能中國地址改另外一個中國地址
