最新USCIS網上狀態: March 18, 2020 (當天有兩個: Case Transferred To Another
Office, Case Was Received At My Local Office)

受疫情影響，公司即將大裁員，很大幾率很快會被雷。現在4月的EB3 current到2016年
4月，而USCIS目前似乎也減慢了處理速度，請問大家：

1) 我的PD還有沒有可能在接下來兩到三個月內達到current？-It is very difficult to predict.

2) 如果被解雇，公司的正常操作似乎是馬上取消h1b，通知USCIS，然後會觸發RFE for
EVL，我是不是應該和公司商量，希望它暫緩通知移民局？
-It will not result in RFE. Normally USCIS may check yoru employment status when they decide to make a decision on your case when your priority date is nearly current. 
3) 申請unpaid leave of absence，多一點time buffer，是不是更好？（還不知道公
司是否允許）

-Probably the compnay will not do it for you, but just try.

做了一點研究，知道現在當務之急是盡快找工作，這樣移民局發RFE for EVL才能應對
，但現在疫情影響很大，有不小的幾率短時間內找不到工作，所以想希望大家給點建議
