父母本來是3月回國的，現在航班取消，申請改成4月的返城機票。就為了這一個月，現在要申請延期。

1. 準備郵寄B2延期申請。是申請人填寫I529，標注副申請人;副申請人還需要填寫I529嗎？-No, but 副申請人need to file/complete I-539A and send it together with I-539. Only need to pay one I-539 filing fee plus 2 biometrics fee.

2. 因為是郵寄申請，是交一份申請費加兩個biometric fee嗎？就是$370+$85x2=$540-Correct. 
3. 父母是4月就回國，估計到時候延期批準還沒有下來。現在有biometric，看USCIS網上說到時候不去打指紋就直接拒了B2延期。可父母走時估計也收不到打指紋的通知。

-As long as they get the I-539 and I-539A filing receipt notice, they can leave US. Thye can bring the receipt notices with them when they come to US again.

這樣不是延期就被拒了，而他們多呆了一個月是逾期。10年簽證是不是就作廢了？
