EB3 is still EB,
RFE is more common (I will say 50%), interview is much much less, (I will say less than 20%, no official numbers on these)
Also EB3 got a priority date retrogression problem, if your priority date is later than end of 2001, the adjudication may stop and wait until the quota is up for your date. Still need USCIS to clarify what to treat the EB3 I-485 pending people whose PD is forced to be non-current next month.
