我媽媽除了出生公證書，還需要提供其他什麽證件?

-Her birth certifcate, her marriage certificate and your father's death certificate. If she will apply for the immigrant visa in China (US Consulate in Guangzhou), then she still needs to provide non-criminal record certificate (don't get this certificate until the interview are nearly set up).
