the copy that my employer receive is different with original one. it doesn't has I-94 FORM.
And my employer talk to my lawyer. the lawyer said they called USCIS. USCIS said they did not care. If we want another original copy, we need to pay $195 again.

My question is that is there any place higher than USCIS I can complain.
