I had old PD on Sep.15, 2015 and changed my employer in Oct 2019.

I just received my new PD appoved email from DOL last week   and plan to file PP I-140 after receice official certificate. 

My son is a full time in Toronto Uinversity from 2018 ( born in 2000 ) and Is there any way to file my petition included him and without forcing him away from his unversity ( I mean best solution) ?

-He must be physically present in US to file his I-485.

I heared he must be physical stay in US soil before my I-485 filing date until receiving filing receipts from US government  , Is this right ?

-Yes, then he must apply for advance parole (AP) and get it approved before he leaves US. After he files I-485 and I-131 (for AP), he may request (by phone) USCIS fro an appointment to the local USCIS Office to get the emergency AP for travel to Canada.
