十年前申請父母做了I-864，今年剛剛綠卡renewal, 沒有要求再交該表。現在給弟弟辦移民，需要把父母計入被擔保人嗎？

這邊收入遠超貧困線，加了也達標，但是不必要的liability 還是盡可能不想承擔。
