如果我弟媳跟隨我弟的F4移民，她能不能在她的綠卡通過後給她前婚生十二歲女兒辦follow-to-join? 如果以後再按未婚子女申請，排期有點久。-The kid can apply for the immigrant visa together with your borther and his wife. But the kid's biological father has to agree the kid's immigration by providing his statement.
