請教8老師，老公綠卡5年前來美入關時得了warning. 住了2 周後回國一直沒來 因為得了stroke 麵麻 至今嘴歪。明年一月要來美國怎麽辦？一來電腦上有warning, 二來5年沒來 因為麵麻。綠卡明年10月過期。 海關會讓進來嗎？有朋友說可以加拿大用美國駕照入關容易 。老師請指導下？先謝謝

-Do you mean he has never been US since he left about 5 year ago? If yes, his green card has been void. I also don't think he cannot use his illness as justitication for the SB-1 visa application to reinstate his green card because it seems his illness does not prevent him to return to US on time.

So, my suggestion is that he may just abandon his green card and then, apply for B2 visa to come back to US.
