請問8老師，

我母親在美的i94 status已經過期（逾期居留），請問485表“have you ever violated the terms or conditions of your non immigrant status?” 寫yes嗎？是否會影響申請？我需要485a表嗎？“are you applying for adjustment based on immigration and nationality Act section 245(I)?” 要回答yes嗎？

 

我姨媽（母親的妹妹）給申請的移民排隊在母親來美後已經到了，但還是打算用我的名義給申請，請問這種情況，“what is your current immigration status (if it has changed since your arrival)?”怎麽回答？not changed?
