尊敬的8老師請幫忙

尊敬的8老師:

我的 employment-based (EB2 down to EB3) I-485 已經outside normal processing time 5個多月了。幾個月前，當我得知我的 case 已到達 current processing 時，就曾經emailed USCIS 多次。回答總是“Your case is in posting processing” or “Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days”.

今年六月份，TSC來信告知:我的 case 已經轉到 National Benefit Center。但至今，沒收到NBC的消息。另外，我的工卡更新申請也沒有消息。工卡已過期了。請問這算 out of status 嗎? 我曾在七月份請Congressman Office 幫忙，至今也是沒有消息。請問，我改怎麽辦？我可以找Congress office and Senator office 同時幫忙嗎？
