請問8老師，母親在國內給她在廣州申請綠卡，這期間她能來美國嗎？

-Probably she will have trouble to enter US using B2 visa due to immigrant intent.

如果不能，要等到什麽時候才能再來？-Get the immigrant visa to enter us to become a permanent resident.
