1. 作為副申請人的 H1b 家屬485 表格中，Application Type or Filing Category 選擇哪一個呢？應該選擇和主申請人一樣的 Employment-based_Alien Worker_Form 140 嗎？-Yes. If the 作為副申請人 does not file the I-485 together with the 主申請人's I-485 filing, then 副申請人 needs to provide the copies of the 主申請人's I-140 approvcal notice and I-485 receipt notice.

還是在選項 Other Eligibility 裏空白處，單獨申明？

2. 替年幼孩子填寫表格，父母可以作為 Preparer 吧？如果不是律師或專業人員，是否不用提交G-28 表？-Not need.
