1. Have you  EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?是不是應該填yes？-Correct.

 

然後2-5填我媽媽的信息？-Yes.如果是的話，date filed填什麽日期呢？-The receipt date. Check the I-130 Receipt Notice to find it.  遞交日期還是收到的797 notice日期？ result怎麽填呢？剛打完指紋，並無其他信息。-Say "Pending".

 

6-9都不用填？-Right.

 

 

 

另外485表格中，我爺爺已去世，不知道他的出生日期，該如何填寫呢？謝謝-Put "Deceased" in the address part and leave the other blank.
