請問8老師，

現在公民給父母申請綠卡大約需要多久？-Case by case, hard to say.

在我拿到公民前母親在美逾期滯留超過半年會不會對將來她的綠卡申請產生影響？-No.

在她逾期滯留期間在美國境內乘飛機過安檢是否會被抓危險？-Normally it is fine because the Airport has no responsibilty to check her immigrant status.
