八老師，

我一直是TN，現在綠卡排期已到，所有材料都已準備好，原來我們全家準備下周FILE 485（我是主申請人），我老公也是TN，不料我老公被告知下周五終止工作合同，他的身份該怎麽辦呢？謝謝

-He just needs to file I-485 together with you and then, he can stay in US legally. He can apply for EAD together with the I-485 filing and use EAD to work if he can find a job later.
