我孩子申請us passport的 DS11表及材料3月18號當地郵局寄出，今天收到national passport center 的通知，還需要孩子提交資料“Early public records issued at or near the time of your birth which show your name and the names of your parents, such as hospital, religious, medical, or insurance records. The birth documents you submitted was more than one year after the birth occurred.” 我當時提交了2012年辦移民時在國內公正機構給孩子做的出生公證。我孩子是2001年出生的。請問8老師，我孩子有中國出生證原件，出生證原件隻有固定格式部分是中英文對照但個人信息都是醫院手寫的中文沒有英文。這個出生證原件他們承認麽？

-Yes, provide the copy of it. But you need to ask one of your friend to translate it into English. Your friend also needs to write a statement addressing that he/she knows both English and Chinese well. You had better go to a Notary Public (e.g. the bank) to notarize the photocopy of this 出生證原件 and provide the notarized copy for the RFE, and your friend had better also notarize his/her signature on the translation.
