我現在有H4 EAD，有效至明年底。

現在要遞交485表，律師要給我申請基於485的EAD。

請問這之間有衝突嗎？

1. H4 EAD對基於485的EAD申請有沒有影響？-Not affect anythiong.

2. 基於485的EAD會不會invalidate HE EAD?-No. You can apply for I-485 based EAD anyting later by providing the copy of I-485 receipt notice (no filing fee for this kind of EAD application, i.e. it is free).
