我是加拿大公民，現在剛從TN轉成H1B。在美國境內申請的。我收到了797和I-94。我是不是要回加拿大使館拿H1B簽證，還是就在邊境申請。謝謝

-You don't need to go out of US, and just continue to work as H-1B status. If you travel out of US in the future, just get the H-1B I-94 at the port of entry when you return as you did for TN.
