8老師，我父母2018年9月開始在國內申請綠卡，他們的中國護照2020年1月頭就失效了。他們什麽時候去renew中國護照比較好？假設今年9月他們能拿到綠卡，是在這之前還是之後去辦換發護照？

-It does not matter. If his old passport expires after he gets the immigrant visa, he can use both the old passport and the new passport to enter US.
