謝謝老師耐心解疑。最後一個關於DS260的問題。online的表是我幫我媽填的，那最後sign and submit是要簽我媽的名字嘛？

您有提到說指定我是他們的代理人，我在網上其他介紹裏也有看到填什麽DS261表指定代理人，可是我在那個ceac.state.gov/iv網頁上沒有看到啊。請指點 where is the designation resides?
