請教8老師給父母移民填immigration visa 申請表裏的問題

我父母在國內， 本人美國公民。移民的案子approve了，現在在申請immigration visa的階段，是online process. 在online visa application 申請表裏， 第三項是address and phone, 裏麵又分兩個小項，如下：

1. Present and previous address: 這個沒問題，就是填父母目前和以往國內的地址
2. Mailing and permanent: 頁麵內容如下：

Mailing Address                                

Is your Mailing Address the same as your Present Address?      yes or no.
Help:   Mailing Address

This is the address where we will send correspondence regarding your application.

  - 我這裏是填   yes 還是no啊. 前一頁他們的present address 是在國內。目前他們移民案子的信件都是寄到我的美國地址，那我說yes了， 是不是接下來有關移民簽證的信件都會寄到他們國內的地址？如果我說no，並填寫我美國地址，那是不是都寄到我這裏來了？我到底應該用哪個地址？

接下來讓填permanent address如下， 這個也沒啥問題，填我的美國地址
Permanent Address                                    

Please provide the following information on where you intend to live after arrival in the United States.

然後又來一個question:

Is this address where you want your Permanent Residence Card (Green Card) mailed?                                            

Yes

No

這裏的this address是指的immediately above的permanent address嘛？綠卡是該寄到我美國地址，那我就是yes,對嗎？
