I just changed employment last Oct and has old PD on Sep 15, 2015 (  also have approved EB2 and EB3 from old employer ) 

My current employer is on the way to file labor certificate for me now . If I got approved certificate and my old PD is current , can I include my son into part of my petition ? 
-Yes, your kid can file I-485 together with you when you file your I-485 if he is physically present in US with a legal status (e.g. H4) when your PD is current.

My son was born in 2000 and he is a full time student in Toronto University , he had H4 until last Sep when he started to study in Toronto
