1. 在美國外的旅行需要提供機票嗎? itinerary in email行嗎? 上次換護照, 舊護照被收走, 以前的出入境記錄不在新護照上所以問這個問題

2. 所有的traffic violations, citations 都要提供原件嗎? 沒有的話還要向警察局要嗎?

3. in terms of memberships in professional associations, 需要這些組織提供letter嗎?

4.only need provide tax return forms for the last 5 years, correct?
