答：當前有效的I-94 。

(2)Can I still get the new I-94 for H-4 status when I come back and apply for new I-94?
答：新的I-94 ，可能會與H4期限不一，到期前可以去當地移民局更換。

(3) Do I need to show USCIS at US port any other documents except AP for the I-94 for H-4 or 485 pending?
答：理論上不需要，但備著總比不備好。居士一直主張凡是有備比較好。
