8老師，

我們同時交的I40和485的申請，等了8個月，剛剛收到通知說140被批準了。看了一下網站說現在綠卡要等10個月到2年，很擔心不知道孩子能不能趕上，請教一下，21歲這個界線是對哪個時間來說的？
-Did your kid file the I-485 yet? If yes, your kid's CSPA age was frozen on the date his/her I-485 was filed, and thus your child will have no age-out problem no matter when the I-485 is approved later.
