我先生申請485時同時為我們申請了EAD，現在兒子的EAD也批下來了，那他還可以拿CPT做Intern嗎？
-Yes. I-485 filing does not affect his F-1 status and of course he can use CPT to work. If he uses EAD to work, he will lose his F-1 status. By the way, if he travels out of US, he must use AP and thus, he will also lose F-1 status.
