有EAD，但不用，那即使以後綠卡沒批，他不出鏡還是可以用現在這個F1簽證，合法住在美國，直到他畢業拿到學位，對嗎？

就是說移民局可以查到他有沒有用過EAD，對嗎？
-They will check it with IRS (the employer will put his salary information into IRS system).
