So can I mention in REF of F-1 or O-1 petition that I have two petitions and I prefer O-1?
-Not need to mention the pending F-1 because you have a legal status currently. Thus, F-1 and O-1 are irrelevant each other.

If your O-1 is approved when F-1 is still pending, then you can request to withdraw the F-1. By the way, you had better find a lawyer to help you for O-1 petition.
