請教8老師: 朋友的父母約4年前拿到綠卡，回國後，爸爸有嚴重的病，部分胃切除，一直在國內，媽媽按時回美，持綠卡在美國，爸爸現身體恢複了，想回美國，是應該申請回複綠卡?
