請教8老師, 我兒子(Canada citizen)馬上要去NY上學，他本來是在我E2 status的名下，這幾年一直在Florida住。我的E2是今年10月份到期。如果在美國境內轉F1 status,聽說要等10個月。在等待時間可以合法上大學嗎？

學校建議出境再入境。加拿大人隻要I20就可以進來,不需要VISA。
