8老師您好， 最近那個申請福利會導致公民申請被拒的問題讓我有點擔心。 我的情況是2013年拿的綠卡， 從2014年開始給小孩買了一個child-only 的 health insurance, 是在obamacare 的market place 買的。 由於 家庭收入超過400%的poverty level, 每月的premium 沒有任何subsidy, 每年報稅的時候也沒有填那個 premium act credit 請問像我這種情況會被認為是使用了福利嗎？ 多謝 多謝了
