K1 visa 誰要遞交 I-134 Affidavit of Support   petitioner or beneficiary or both?
-The petitioner needs to provide I-134 for the beneficiary. One I-134 filed by the petitioner is enough.

Is K1 visa an immigration visa or non-immigration visa? 

According to Form I-134 instructions, submit a statement from an officer of the bank regarding the account including 1. Date account opened; 2. Total amount deposited for the past year; 3. Present balance.

Can bank's monthly statements be used instead of a letter from the bank ?
-You had better provide what it asks for. You also need to provide the employment verification letter issued from your current employer, and your recent 3-monh paycheck stubs.
  

如果拿到簽證後，在沒有來美國之前，可以在中國結婚嗎？-No. If you get married in China, the K-1 visa will be void automatically. Then, you may have to sponsor your spouse K-3 visa or immigrant visa to come to US.

還是一定要進入美國，在美國登記結婚。我們是打算拿到簽證後就在中國結婚辦婚禮，因為在中國辦熱鬧花同樣的費用可以辦很好的婚禮。
