8老師，前麵谘詢過你辦emergency AP的事，昨天我拿著所有需要文件，包括家人住院的資料和翻譯前去local office，但不由分說被打回來，我的資料看都沒有看一眼，堅持說程序是必須去USICS的官網上去“Expedite Criteria" 網頁提交材料申請。完全不由分說。8老師，現在我該怎麽辦？謝謝！
-You may go there to try the emergency AP a again. If the IO (probably another one) still rejects your application, you may request to meet the Director and explain it to the Director.
 
If you use Expedited Processing for Advance Parole, it may take a couple of weeks to get the AP (still much faster than regular AP application).
