上次問到我的case transfer to another service center ( missouri)今天打電話問uscis.

Uscis的人說是轉到了nbc(national benefit center)請問這是正常程序嗎?
-Yes. NBC is actually located in Missouri.

Nbc之後會再轉到local嗎?-Yes.
