請問８老師 F2 轉 F1 的問題

聽說現在轉身份（I-539)需保持身份（valid I94）直到新身份批準。孩子去年七月申請 F2轉 F1，現在已超過21周歲，I-539 仍 pending， 該怎麽辦？
