我從公司的A州分部將要轉到C州分部，我當前狀態是140已批準，在等485排期，這要會重新140嗎及必須工資嗎？
-If your company will take you back to work at A state after you green card is approved, then you don't need to  do anything. Otherwise, your employer may have to do the whole process all over again. Talk to your lawyer.

因為這兩州同級必須工資有差別，更改這些需要多長時間？謝謝
