I-485  Part 8: 17 Have you ever violated the terms or conditions of your nonimmigrant status? 

如果父母已經超過I-94的期限一個多月了，是選yes嗎？ 該如何解釋？

 -Say "Yes" , then explain it like "Overstay for 45 days", etc.
