I have the following questions about file I -485:

1. When we file 485, do we have to provide all the passports even the expired passport? In case we cannot find them, what should we do ?-You just need to provide the copy of your current valid passport.

2, Can we apply AP and EAD while filing I -485?-Yes.

3. How long the AP and EAD can be issued?-2 to 3 months, normally.
