侄女現在在國內。看了一下給她辦綠卡需要在她16歲之前和她在一起生活兩年。但她以什麽簽證來美國呢？那種簽證能兩年有效嗎？
-Try B2 visa and then, extend the B2 status within US if she is lucky to get the visa again and again (if she is very young). I have found some cases worked in this way.
