收到從National Visa Center郵寄來的麵試通知，要求在廣州麵試。但是，因為需要照顧國內哥哥的孩子，父母打算暫時放棄綠卡申請。等以後Ready了再重新申請。我打算給National Visa Center寫信，實言相告，
-Your parents need to write a letter to NVC to withdraw their DS 260, and you may also write a letter to USCIS to withdraw the I-130 if they will not apply for the green card within two years. Not need to address the withdrawal reasons.
