-Yes.

 

BBB: Any sample or link to ‘ explain how you
qualify for any advance Parole Document, and what circumstances warrant
issuance of advance parole’ ?
-Just said "I-131 filing is based on I-485 filing".

過去五年來，父母幾次用B2簽證來美國，我們是否應該來回切換中美兩國的地址呢？或者隻是把現在的地址放為美國加另一個中國地址? ( 一起隻有兩個地址 )?
-G-325 is not needed by using the new From I-485.  But  the same question is in Form I-485. If their stay in US was less than 6 months each time, not need to put the address in US.

Sponsor，那麽我的老先生的名字不應該出現在有關財務表格中？對嗎？-If he has income, you do not need to count him as your family member in the household size.

 

EEE: 如果AP在6個月前沒有到達，我們是否應該延長B2簽證? ( 10Y with 6 months each trip) 或者什麽也不做，等待AP ( out of status) ?
