If your 戶口本 has your name and your parents' names, you need to provide the 戶口本公證 as the RFE asked for.

--我的戶口本沒有我父母的名字，我在國內的戶口是集體戶口，隻有我一個人。這種情況如何辦？

The birth certificate should contain: your name, gender, your parents' names, your date of birth and place of birth. If your current birth certificate does have these information, then you need to do it again.

--我原來的出生公證有上述您說的信息，我名字，性別，父母名字，我出生日期和出生地。隻是我是10年前公證的。現在我讓國內朋友幫我重新公證，正在進行中，但是還是不能提供我跟我父母的關係證明啊？怎麽辦？？？
