我太太是h4, 她要單獨填485的話, 在applicaton type or filing category section. 是否應該還 第二項, other relative of us citizen or lawful permanent resident.
-No. She files I-485 as your derivative based on your I-485 filing.  So, she is in the same category as yours: 1.b. Employment-based: Alien worker, I-140.

她還要填130對嗎
