我要從TN轉H1B，是為了辦綠卡，我女兒在加拿大剛上大學，我想辦綠卡帶上她。我轉H1B，她是不是一定要轉H4才能和我一起辦綠卡。
-Not have to. But she needs to have a legal when she files I-485 status if she wants to file I-485 within US.

還是她不一定要轉。謝謝
