如果我申請h1b, 給我女兒申請h4，對於我女兒來說，誰是petitioner,是我還是我雇主，如果是我雇主，是不是雇主要付我女兒的申請費，regulation是這麽規定的嗎？我擔心雇主不願意。謝謝了！
-Your employer is the petitioner who is irrelevant to your spouse and kid. So, the employer has no responsibility to pay the H-4 fee for your child H-4 application.  Your child H-4 application is based on your H-1 status/application.
